GENERAL INFORMATION


All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you via email. If no response within 24 hours, we will phone you at the number you provided during checkout.


Your options will be:

1) Hold order until the item becomes available

2) Take similar product(s) in lieu

3) Receive Store Credit

4) Cancel Order


Please ensure your Personal Information is up-to-date so that if we need to contact you regarding your order, we are able to reach you.


Please Note: UTC cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.


DELIVERY METHODS


During the checkout process you will be able to select either In-store pick up or Canada Post Shipping.

DELIVERY TIME


Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill you order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday (except holidays). Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.


Our hours of operations are:

Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm

Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.

Closed Sundays and Stats


July and August Hours are:

Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.


We use Canada Post as our Shipping provider. Their approximate delivery times are as follows:


Canada:

Priority: Next Day

Xpresspost: 1-2 Days

Regular Parcel: 2-9 Days


United States:

Priority Worldwide: 1 Day

Xpresspost USA: 2-3 Days

Expedited Parcel USA: 4-7 Days

Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 Days

Small Packet USA: 5-8 Days


International:

Priority Worldwide: 2-3 Days

Xpresspost International: 4-7 Days

International Parcel:

  Air: 6-10 Days

  Surface: 1-3 Months

Tracked Packet International: 6-10 Days

SHIPPING COSTS


Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the dimensions of the shipped parcel and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.


All packages returned to UTC as unclaimed and/or with notification of an incomplete or undeliverable address will be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped, as well as any other fees incurred during the transaction.


Please check over all information carefully to ensure it is complete and correct, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and telephone numbers.


CUSTOM DUTIES AND FEES


When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for these charges.


UTC will not ship parcels with a classification of "gift". When shipping internationally UTC will declare the items as either clothing or novelties, and their values as required.


You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Under The Covers does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.


Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.


TRACKING


If applicable to your chosen shipping method, a tracking number will be provided to you via email once your package has shipped.
